Dennis and Martha Rush are very professional. I listed my condo on Monday, had professional pictures done on Wednesday, went into the MLS on Saturday and had a cash offer Sunday morning. Dennis did a wonderful job of negotiating and we opened escrow on Monday. We closed escrow on October 8th. Dennis and Martha Rush did a very professional job and made it very easy on me. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
